Üyelik ve Kullanım Şartları

Sitenin genel kullanım şartları, siteye ilişkin genel kurallar ve yasal sorumluluklar

Aşağıda belirtilen şart, kural ve yasal sorumlulukları içeren Kullanıcı Sözleşmesi'nin lacarino.com kullanılmadan önce okunması önerilir.

Belirtilen şartlar sizin için uygun değilse lütfen lacarino.com'u kullanmayınız. Siteyi kullanmanız ve kişisel bilgilerinizin yer alacağı formu doldurmanız halinde bu sayfalarda yazılı şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Kullanım ve Güvenlik Şartları

lacarino.com tüm üyelere açıktır. Aksi belirtilmediği sürece sitede sunulan hizmetler ücretsizdir.

Aşağıdaki durumlarda site yönetimi üyenin siteyi kullanmasını engelleyebilir ve aşağıdaki girişimlere karışan kişi veya kişiler hakkında yasal haklarını saklı tutar:

1.a. Siteye yanlış, düzensiz, eksik ve yanıltıcı, genel ahlaka aykırı ifadeler içeren ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına aykırı bilgilerin kaydedilmesi

1.b. Site içeriğinin izinsiz olarak kısmen veya tamamen kopyalanması

1.c. Kullanıcı, kendisine verilen veya kendisinin belirlediği kullanıcı adı, şifre, kullanım hakları gibi bilgilerin üçüncü kişi veya kuruluşlarla paylaşılması (bu bilgilerin Kullanıcı dışındaki kişiler tarafından kullanılması) sonucu doğabilecek her türlü zarardan doğrudan sorumludur. Aynı şekilde Kullanıcı, başkasına ait IP adresi, e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı gibi kişisel bilgileri internet ortamında kullanamaz, diğer kullanıcıların özel bilgilerine izinsiz erişemez veya bunları kullanamaz. Kullanıcı, bu tür bir kullanımdan doğabilecek her türlü hukuki ve cezai sorumluluğu kabul etmiş sayılır.

1.d. Sitenin güvenliğini tehdit edecek, sitenin ve kullanılan yazılımların çalışmasını engelleyecek, faaliyette bulunacak, faaliyette bulunmaya çalışacak, bilgileri elde edecek, silecek veya değiştirecek yazılımların kullanılması

3. Sorumluluklar

3a. The information of users visiting lacarino.com (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is monitored in order to serve them better. This information is shared with companies we cooperate with in advertising, etc., in accordance with the terms of confidentiality, in order to expand and improve the content. The aim here is to improve the experience offered to the users of the site and to develop lacarino.com.


3.b. After filling in the required sections for registration and confirming the e-mail address, the lacarino.com user may start using the lacarino.com site by entering his/her e-mail address and password, provided that he/she complies with the terms specified in this agreement.

3.c. While using the lacarino.com site and services, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decree Laws and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Code of Obligations, other relevant legislation provisions and all kinds of announcements and notifications that lacarino.com will publish regarding its services. All legal, criminal and financial responsibilities that may arise due to use contrary to these notifications and laws belong to the User.

3.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on the lacarino.com site, the User may be blocked from using lacarino.com temporarily or indefinitely by lacarino.com and/or his/her account may be closed.

3.e. The user cannot take any actions that prevent or complicate other users and visitors from using lacarino.com, cannot install automatic programs and force/lock the servers or databases. Cannot attempt to cheat. In case of such a situation, the user accepts that his/her membership will be terminated and that he/she will be held liable for any legal or criminal liability that may arise from the situation.

3.g. The user cannot delete or remove any Copyright, Trademark and any kind of Intellectual and Artistic Works Law notes from any material copied or printed from lacarino.com.

3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via lacarino.com. The user who terminates his/her membership will have his/her access authorization to the site revoked. The person who cancels his/her membership accepts that this process is irreversible.

3.j. The relationships of site users with each other or third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.

3.m. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain parts of the site. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

3.n. In order to read the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this subject, please read the “Privacy Policy” section.

3.o Kullanıcı, site üzerinden yapacağı alışverişlerde kullanacağı ödeme bilgilerinin (kredi kartı, GSM numarası bilgileri vb.) doğru olduğunu, bunlardan dolayı doğacak hukuki ve cezai sorumluluğun kendisine ait olduğunu kabul ve taahhüt eder.

7. Tebligat Adresleri

7.a. lacarino.com sitesi kullanıcılarından önceden posta adresleri talep etmemektedir. Ancak kullanıcının lacarino.com'a bildirdiği e-posta adresi, bu sözleşme ile ilgili olarak yapılacak her türlü bildirim için yasal adresin talep edileceği e-posta adresi olarak kabul edilir.

7.b. Taraflar, mevcut e-postalarındaki değişiklikleri yazılı olarak diğer tarafa bildirmedikleri takdirde, eski e-postalara yapılan isteklerin geçerli olacağını ve kendilerine yapılmış sayılacağını kabul ederler.

7.c. Yine lacarino.com'un kullanıcının kayıtlı e-posta adresini kullanarak yapacağı her türlü bildirim, e-postanın lacarino.com tarafından gönderilmesinden 1 (bir) gün sonra kullanıcıya ulaşmış sayılacaktır. Kullanıcı, bu katılım sözleşmesinde yer alan tüm maddeleri okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini ve kendisi hakkında vermiş olduğu bilgilerin doğruluğunu teyit ettiğini beyan, kabul ve taahhüt eder.
